The Snow is Snowing...

....all around. It's the second snowfall of the season (the first came on Martinmas Eve......but didn't last through the night) and the children and I are listening to the Nutcracker as we watch it through the windows, hurtling to the ground. It is mesmerizing. Who needs a television? ;)

What a sweet girl God has blessed us with. We certainly cannot imagine life without her sweet smile and bubbly personality!

Serene Beauty

There is a lovely orchid living in a little corner of my kitchen. In the midst of all the hustle and bustle, it's nice to take a second every now and then to drink in the beauty and serenity it exudes. And to thank God for creating such loveliness!

This week promises to be a shade on the crazy side. There is Boot's birthday today.....Wednesday is the anniversary of his baptism......then Thanksgiving.....and Miss Posy's birthday is on Saturday!!!! Somehow, I will survive...;)
