How to Spend a Gloomy Saturday








What you see above, from left to right are red wine peach preserves and peach quarters in a simple red wine and apple juice syrup. Mmmm.

You should really give it a try sometime, sweetgum12! These recipes are really easy.....I'm sure you wouldn't have any trouble. I am just an amateur canner myself. This was actually my first time to try a preserve recipe, and I was so thrilled to see that it actually "set" or gell-ed. It's been mainly pear sauce, apple sauce, and apple butter for me up till now! So see, if I can can, I'm sure you can too;)
