I have a weakness for old crabapple trees. Not only do they have gorgeous blossoms, but it was in an old crabapple tree that my father built me my very first (and only) tree house. I recently discovered that we have two of these dear old trees on our property. Lovely!

Thank you, Cynthia! As a matter of fact, I have never attempted crabapple jam.......however, now that we have these lovely trees, I may have try my hand at it!:)
