Success!




After allowing the crabapple juice to languish in the 'fridge for a couple of days (I was nervous about trying jelly without adding pectin. All those tests for when it had reached the jelling point..........they had me feeling a bit intimidated.), I finally rolled up my sleeves and did it. And I tried all the tests to make sure that it had indeed reached the jelling point. So far it appears to be a success....
It certainly tastes like a success;)
